The National Dinosaur Museum Quarry Exhibit Hall, Located in Vernal, UT, is where you can see a wall of approximately 1,500 dinosaur bones. Rosewood had the honor of painting the new buildings that were necessary to rebuild. The original buildings were built on unstable clay and were deemed unsafe which forced the quarry to be closed down to the public. It was a really engaging project to paint. We were tasked with protecting the fossils and other artifacts all while ensuring we could properly clean and prep the old sections and paint all of the new buildings with hard to reach areas. This involved the use of lifts, scaffolding, and various spray equipment to accomplish the task. Working on a big project like this it is important for each trade to own its schedule and get the work done in a timely manner. We were proud to be one of the trades that were able to meet the deadlines.
